I recently joined Coldwell Banker HPW of Hillsborough but you can usually find me at our Timberlake satellite office where I’m the broker in charge. I’m excited about the opportunity to serve the Roxboro, Timberlake and Rougemont area of Person County as broker for Coldwell Banker HPW. Our company’s new to the Roxboro/Person county area and we’re located at the intersection of 501S and Hwy 57 in Timberlake. We’re only 15 minutes from Roxboro, Durham, Hillsborough and Oxford, I see our office as a hub for the Triangle.
I’m married to my wonderful husband of 44 years, Ronald Pierce. I have one son Brian Pierce who’s married to Amy Pierce and 4 wonderful grandchildren. My family and church are the greatest things in my life and take up most of my spare time. I thank the Lord that I have both in my life. Oh! I can’t forget our dog Bo, he’s also part of my family.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker I was the broker in charge for Triad Realty where I worked for 6 years. I received my license in 1985 and worked with Powell Realty of Asheboro, NC. When we moved to Roxboro in 1999 I went to work as an office manager until going with Triad Realty. I’ve always enjoy helping people and what better way than to be able to put a first time home buyer, a growing family or a retired couple, that wants to down size, into that special home. We’re living in changing times in our country, businesses and our personal lives but the desire to own our very own home is a way of life that will never change.
